Ms. Lita began her career with Ernst & Young Kota Kinabalu in 2005, where she gained experience in assurance and financial reporting.
In 2008, she joined SP Satria Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (now SP Marine Services Sdn. Bhd.), a subsidiary of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad, as Finance, Procurement and Administration Manager, overseeing the company’s finance, administration, procurement, and bunkering logistics operations.
She joined Riverson Corporation Sdn. Bhd. in 2011 as Financial Controller, where she managed the financial operations of the Riverson mixed-use development, including retail spaces, office towers, commercial suites, and Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu.
In 2021, Ms. Lita joined Borneo Estate Development Sdn. Bhd. (BEDSB) as Financial Controller and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In September 2025, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer of BEDI Berhad.
