Voon Kian Fung (“Mr. Voon”) has over 20 years of extensive experience in construction and project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale developments from inception to completion. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies, effective project execution and successful delivery.

Mr. Voon began his career as a Quantity Surveyor in Malaysia before joining D.G. Jones & Partners in Dubai as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, where he gained valuable international experience. He subsequently served as Construction Manager at Riverson Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and later as Head of Projects at Borneo Estate Development Sdn. Bhd. (BEDSB), successfully managed complex mixed-use developments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Voon has demonstrated strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, implementing standardised project management frameworks and delivering projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the required quality standards. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, cost and risk management, contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
