Voon Kian Fung (“Mr. Voon”) took on the role of Construction Manager at Riverson Corporation Sdn. Bhd. In this capacity, he managed end-to-end construction delivery, overseeing planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance. Mr. Voon acted as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors, resolving issues effectively and ensuring all projects met regulatory requirements, specifications, and deadlines. 

Mr. Voon joined Borneo Estate Development Sdn. Bhd. as Head of Projects. He oversaw end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring project scope and execution were aligned with strategic goals. Mr. Voon also guided project managers to deliver projects efficiently within budget constraints while providing leadership in strategic planning, risk and budget management, stakeholder communication, and performance oversight.

Currently at 2026, Mr. Voon served as Chief Project Officer at BEDI Berhad. In this role, he led enterprise-wide project initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives. Mr Voon also oversaw project governance, portfolio management, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects were delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. He was also responsible for defining project management frameworks, advising senior leadership, monitoring budgets and KPIs, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
